Full facility and a minimum of three trackside support staff. Additional staff would be provided for spectator and car park controls as per Health & Safety Regulations. Photo finish facilities can be provided with your operator or we can supply. (Finish Lynx System)
GRADE B MEETING £325 + VAT
All non Grade One Saturday and Sunday Meetings
Southern League, UKA national Junior League and UKA Young Athlete Leagues
Part facilities and two support staf. Photo finish facilities can be provided with your operator or we can supply. (Finish Lynx System)
GRADE C MEETING £225 + VAT
Ordinary Club/School Meetings.
Normal Club training, charities serving the local community and all day school Sports Days.
This requires the hirer to provide their own control of the event appropriate to the Normal Operating Procedures laid down by Copthall Management Services Limited.
Normal Duty Staff will be present.
Additional charges apply if hirers over run the times they have booked the stadium All booking times are for a maximum of 8 hours (normally starting at 9am) and must include one hour at the beginning and end of the meeting to facilitate the setting up and clearing away of equipment
THE HIRER MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THIRD PARTY AND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE WHEN MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR USE OF THE FACILITY AND TO ENSURE EVIDENCE OF APPROPRIATE FIRST AIDERS IN ATTENDANCE
